目的:对国产榧属植物种子进行凝胶电泳鉴定。方法:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对榧属植物种子蛋白多肽进行分析。结果:榧属植物种子蛋白多肽凝胶电泳谱图有明显的种间差异。结论:凝胶电泳可作为中药榧子的生药鉴定方法。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the seeds of domestically-made Brassica plants by gel electrophoresis. Methods: Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the protein of the seed protein from the genus Polygonum. RESULTS: There were significant interspecies differences in the gel electrophoretograms of the seed proteins of Polygonum plants. Conclusion: Gel electrophoresis can be used as a crude drug identification method for Chinese wolfberry fruit.
