第三届深圳国际时装周于12月27日至30日移师冰城哈尔滨举行,本届时装周由哈尔滨市人民政府、深圳市人民政府主办,深圳市服装行业协会、黑龙江省服装协会、红博商贸集团、哈尔滨国际会议展览中心承办。打造一个跨越时空的超级时尚与经贸平台——深圳·哈尔滨国际时装周,旨在促进丽地服装文化的繁荣和服装产业的发展。同时,也有利于两地服装业走出国门,开拓俄罗斯和独联体市场。时装周举办地点分设在了主会场——哈尔滨国际会展中心华旗饭店环球剧场和分会场——红博世纪广场。与往届不同的是:
