自上皮性卵巢癌组织中提取抗原用作免疫诊断文献已有报道。我们试从这种患者腹水中提取抗原注射家兔,获得抗血清,经人全血清充分吸收后,与人全血清及正常卵巢组织抗原不起反应,而与上皮性卵巢癌组织抗原及腹水抗原起反应,从免疫电泳及双向琼脂扩散试验得到证实。以此抗血清用反向间接血凝试验检测各种患者血清289例及正常人血清143例,27例原发上皮性卵巢癌中17人阳性,占63%。临床分期中Ⅲ至Ⅳ期91.8%阳性,而Ⅰ或Ⅱ期均只有40%阳
It has been reported that antigen extraction from epithelial ovarian cancer tissue for immunodiagnosis has been reported.
