(1)控制压力的调整方法发动机中速运转,将升降手柄拉到提升位置,旋松溢流阀(安全阀)锁紧螺母,再将调节螺栓旋松到使割台完全放到最低位置,然后重新慢慢旋入螺栓,直到割台刚能顺利提升,此时液压系统内己调到的压力为最佳压力,旋紧锁紧螺母。若压力太高,会引起油液发热;若压力太低,则使割台不能顺利提升。(2)液压系统中空气的排除方法把液压泵出油口螺母和割台升降油缸进油口螺母旋松两圈。启动发动机,使液压泵工作,看液压泵出油口处
