一、梅毒治疗的历史回顾抗梅毒药物的发展,大致可分为三个时期,即汞剂时代,胂剂时代和青霉素时代,简述如下: (一)汞剂时代:用汞剂治疗梅毒于1497年由Wwidmann首创于欧洲。以其良好的疗效,又经不断改进,使汞剂在二十世纪前成为独一无二的有效抗梅毒药。碘剂治疗梅毒始于十九世纪初。1831年Lugol氏用碘剂治疗晚期梅毒获得著效,1836年Wallace氏发表以碘剂治疗梅毒的论文,其后碘剂被广泛采用。(二)胂剂时代:自1907年德国Ehrlich氏发明Saluarsan(洒尔佛散,又名胂凡纳明arsphenamine,606)之后,又相继发明了新胂凡纳明(neoarsphcnamine,914)、马法胂(mapharsen)等三价胂剂和斯托乏素(stovarsol)、锥虫胂胺(tryparsamide)等五价胂剂。由于胂剂对梅毒的卓越疗效,曾被誉为梅毒治疗上的奇迹和化学疗法的新纪元,享誉达40年之久。铋剂正式被用于梅毒治
