本刊讯海水淡化是增加淡水供给的开源之举,是水资源的重要补充和战略储备。发展海水淡化产业,对缓解沿海缺水地区和海岛水资源短缺状况,促进中西部地区苦咸水、微咸水淡化利用,优化用水结构,保障水资源持续利用具有重要意义,也有利于培育形成新的经济增长点,推动发展方式转变。为促进海水淡化产业健康快速发展,近日,国务院办公厅发布了《关于加快发展海水淡化产业的意见》(以下简称《意见》)。
