柱状田头菇Agroeybe vegerita又名茶薪菇等,是近几年驯化成功的优良食用菌,其柄松脆,味香甜,高产而易栽培,具有较大的推广价值.但它的可贮性差,采收后1～2天就会败坏.为此,我们进行了罐藏等加工试验.
Agroeybe vegerita, also known as Agrocybe aegerita, is an excellent edible fungus that has been domestically successful in recent years. Its stalk is crisp, sweet and sweet with high yield but easy to grow, which has a great promotion value. However, its poor storability , 1 to 2 days after harvest will be corrupted .To this end, we conducted tank processing tests.
