：
民办学校在最近10年中走过了一段不平凡的道路.作为社会主义教育事业的重要组成部分,民办学校的出现使教育改革进一步走上了快车道,为教育格局多元化的出现作出了自己的贡献.

民办学校在最近10年中走过了一段不平凡的道路.作为社会主义教育事业的重要组成部分,民办学校的出现使教育改革进一步走上了快车道,为教育格局多元化的出现作出了自己的贡献.但也应该看到,10年的发展,民办学校存在着的诸多问题并没有能随着时间的推移而消逝.恰恰相反,有的民办学校在很多方面仍然强化着缺点而不自知.在发展教育的过程中,进一步解放思想固然是必要的,但违反教育规律行事,最终将受到规律的制裁.民办学校的问题是很多的,我们现在仅就办学理念中的文化追求来谈一谈.
