通过对国产和进口的X80级准Ф1 219 mm×22.0 mm直缝埋弧焊管理化性能数据统计,分析了国内外X80级准Ф1 219 mm×22.0 mm直缝埋弧焊管在成分、组织设计和性能上的差异。结果表明,国产X80级准Ф1 219 mm×22.0 mm直缝埋弧焊管的拉伸性能、钢管管体和焊缝区冲击韧性的平均值与进口钢管基本相当,甚至超过进口钢管的水平,但国产钢管的强度、冲击韧性数据分散,显示出钢管产品质量稳定性或质量控制措施方面还存在一定的差距。
