Wnt信号传导通路包括经典的Wnt信号传导途径,Wnt/Ca2+途径和Wnt/JNK信号通路。Wnt信号通路在真核生物中是高度保守且最重要的信号途径之一。其广泛存在于动物发育过程中,包括细胞增殖不同阶段,细胞分化,极性和迁移,并且与胚胎发生密切相关。Wnt/JNK信号通路又称为细胞平面极性途径,非经典的Wnt信号传导途径,通过重排细胞骨架来调控细胞极性。Wnt/JNK信号通路中效应因子在不同的肿瘤细胞中的表达不同。大量实验证明,Wnt/JNK通路中的效应因子通过此通路在肿瘤中的侵袭,调控肿瘤细胞凋亡以及肿瘤治疗方面发挥重要作用。近年展开的Wnt/JNK通路研究,主要集中在对果蝇和脊椎动物为模型的研究,探讨其在胚胎形成时的作用。近年来研究发现Wnt/JNK中效应因子与妇科肿瘤的关系密切,并在不同妇科肿瘤中发挥不同的作用。就Wnt/JNK通路的信号传导途径,在肿瘤细胞中的作用机制及其在妇科肿瘤中的作用做一综述。
Wnt signaling pathways include the classical Wnt signaling pathway, the Wnt / Ca2 + pathway and the Wnt / JNK signaling pathway. The Wnt signaling pathway is one of the most highly conserved and important signaling pathways in eukaryotes. It exists widely in animal development, including different stages of cell proliferation, cell differentiation, polarity and migration, and is closely related to embryogenesis. The Wnt / JNK signaling pathway, also known as the cell-plane polarity pathway, is a non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway that regulates cell polarity by rearranging the cytoskeleton. The effector factors in Wnt / JNK signaling pathway are different in different tumor cells. A large number of experiments have shown that effector factors in Wnt / JNK pathway play an important role in tumor invasion, regulation of tumor cell apoptosis and tumor therapy through this pathway. In recent years, Wnt / JNK pathway research has focused on the study of fruit flies and vertebrates as a model to explore its role in embryogenesis. In recent years, the study found that Wnt / JNK effect factor and gynecological cancer are closely related, and in different gynecological tumors play a different role. The Wnt / JNK pathway signaling pathway, the role of tumor cells in the mechanism and its role in gynecological tumors are reviewed.
