近年来,我国开发应用设备诊断技术的形势十分喜人。由于各大专院校、科研单位和仪器制造厂的共同努力,使我国在诊断仪器研制开发方面有了很大进展,逐步缩小了与国外的差距。但在推广应用方面,进展还较缓慢。就云南来说,目前只是在少数地区的个别企业开始或准备采用,多数地区还是空白。在已经开展设备诊断技术工作的单位,也面临着能否坚持和深化的问题。造成这种情况的原因很多,关键是对设备诊断技术缺乏全面正确的认识。我们在历次培训设备管理人员时,把这个问题列为培训的主要内容,着重从以下四个方面进行宣讲,取得了较好的效果。
In recent years, the situation of developing and applying diagnostic equipment in China has been very gratifying. Due to the joint efforts of universities, research institutes and instrument manufacturers, China has made great progress in the development of diagnostic instruments, and gradually narrowed the gap with foreign countries. However, in terms of promotion and application, progress has been slow. As far as Yunnan is concerned, only individual companies in a few regions are currently starting or preparing to adopt it, and most of the regions are still blank. Units that have already carried out equipment diagnostics work are also faced with the problem of whether they can persist and deepen. There are many reasons for this, and the key is the lack of a complete and correct understanding of the device diagnostics. We have listed this issue as the main content of training during the previous training of equipment management personnel, focusing on the following four aspects, and achieved good results.
