本文分析和研究了改造后的一步成形法封头无胎冷旋压机的工作原理和工艺特点,探讨了板坯在旋制过程中的起皱现象、靠模技术的作用、成形辊运动的平稳性对旋制过程的影响;对工艺参数的选择进行了试验研究;并对封头在旋制过程中的形状、尺寸精度的控制提出了一些有效措施。
In this paper, the working principle and technological characteristics of the modified one-step non-tire cold spinning machine with one-step forming method are analyzed and studied. The wrinkling phenomenon of the slab in the spinning process, the effect of the die-forming technique, the movement of the forming roller The stability of the spinning process; the choice of process parameters were studied; and head shape control in the spinning process, the dimensional accuracy of the control put forward some effective measures.
