目的了解四川省内江市不同等级医疗机构消毒质量,为提高消毒管理水平提供数据支持。方法通过回顾性分析方法,对内江市26所不同类型医疗机构2005-2014年消毒质量检测结果资料进行统计分析。结果 26所医疗机构消毒质量10年监测合格率为96.2%~99.7%,各年度间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。在各监测项目中,使用中消毒液、内镜和一次性使用医疗器械合格率均为100%,室内空气卫生质量合格率最低为90%。各类型医疗机构中,以妇幼医院消毒质量合格率最低,医院级别越低,消毒质量合格率也较低。结论内江市各级医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,连续10年监测结果无明显波动,重点应加强基层医疗机构消毒工作管理水平。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection in different levels of medical institutions in Neijiang City, Sichuan Province, and provide data support for improving the level of disinfection management. Methods By retrospective analysis, the data of disinfection quality in 26 different types of medical institutions in Neijiang from 2005 to 2014 were analyzed statistically. Results The qualified rate of disinfection in 26 medical institutions was 96.2% ~ 99.7% in 10 years. There was no significant difference between the years (P <0.05). In each monitoring project, the use of disinfectant, endoscopic and disposable medical devices pass rate of 100%, indoor air quality of health pass rate of 90% minimum. In all kinds of medical institutions, the qualified rate of disinfection for women and children hospitals is the lowest. The lower the hospital level, the lower the pass rate of disinfection quality. Conclusion The quality of disinfection of medical institutions at all levels in Neijiang is generally good. There is no obvious fluctuation in the monitoring results for 10 consecutive years, and the disinfection work management in primary medical institutions should be emphasized.
