高职院校教师专业素养一直是教育讨论的热点。从高职院校教师专业素养的内涵与结构入手,对高职院校教师专业素养的现状问题进行了分析,目前我国高职院校的教师专业素养仍然存在着师资队伍结构不合理、教育理念滞后、教师个体素质不完善、职业技能不强、科研意识较差等问题,并针对问题提出相应的解决对策。如优化师资队伍、提升教育理念、完善教师培训、增强科研意识等,进一步提高高职教师专业素养,提升高职教育质量。
The professionalism of teachers in higher vocational colleges has always been a hot topic in education discussion.
