1990年11月27日晚,南海西部石油公司同美国阿莫科东方石油公司在湛江石油基地联合举行南海40/06合同区正式作业庆典。阿莫科东方石油公司总裁及长驻经理李柏、南油副总经理卫留成,湛江市府副秘书长张马成发表热情洋溢的讲话。宾主共同祝贺南海40/06合同区正式作业并初步取得了成绩。
On the evening of November 27, 1990, the western South China Sea oil company and the United States Amoco Eastern Oil Company jointly held a formal operation celebration in the South China Sea 40/06 contract area at Zhanjiang Petroleum Base. Amoco ECO President and CEO Li Bai, Nanyou Wei, deputy general manager, Zhanjiang City, Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Macheng delivered a warm speech. The guests and their hosts congratulated on the formal operation of the South China Sea 40/06 Contract Area and achieved initial success.
