民族地区农村的广播电视服务是农村公共文化服务体系建设的重点和难点。为了能很好地了解民族地区农村“对农节目”收视的情况和问题,笔者选择了本地对农节目接受情况较好的村庄——大理龙龛村进行问卷调查。调查发现,民族地区农村观众收视行为存在诸多突出矛盾,民族地区亟需借鉴成功经验,开办具有民族地方特色的、贴近农民生产生活的、繁荣民族地区民族文化的电视媒体,这是民族地区农村电视公共服务体系建设的重要手段。
