中国(海南)改革发展研究院院长迟福林的新书《第二次改革——中国未来30年的强国之路》近期即将由中国经济出版社正式出版。这本书是著者两年来思考研究改革问题的成果汇集。2007年以来,迟福林研究的重点大都放在发展阶段变化、政府转型、公共服务体制与行政管理体制改革等方面。2008年国际金融危机以来,他把关注的重点更多地放在反危机中的改革政策研究上。
China’s (Hainan) Reform and Development Institute Dean Chi Fulin’s new book “The second reform - China’s power road for the next 30 years” is about to be officially published by China Economic Publishing House. This book is the author’s compilation of the results of two years of thinking about reform. Since 2007, most of the research on Chi Fulin has focused on the changes in the development stage, the transformation of the government, the public service system and the reform of the administrative system. Since the international financial crisis in 2008, he has focused more attention on the study of reform policies in anti-crisis.
