根据国务院办公厅的指示精神,为了加强对科技期刊的审批与管理,建立正常的审批秩序,国家科委科技情报司于一九八九年八月八日至八月十一日,在天津市召开了全国省、自治区、直辖市科技期刊管理工作会议。三十个省、自治区、直辖市主管科技期刊工作的代表和国家新闻出版署的代表共四十二人参加了会议。我省自然科学技术期刊审核小组派代表参加。
