随着我国电力企业管理体制的改革,电力企业引入市场竞争机制。因而如何提高企业管理水平,以产生更好的生产经营管理效益,是电力企业发展中的首要问题。针对综合计划管理在发电企业中的应用展开了分析与论述。首先对综合计划管理的内涵进行了解读,进而对综合计划管理在发电企业中的实践做出分析,指出其中存在的不足,并在此基础上结合实践体会,提出了相应的完善对策与建议。
With the reform of China’s power enterprise management system, power companies introduce market competition mechanism. Therefore, how to improve the level of enterprise management in order to produce better production and management benefits is the primary issue in the development of power enterprises. Analyzed and discussed the application of integrated plan management in power generation enterprises. First of all, the connotation of comprehensive plan management is explained, and then the practice of integrated plan management in power generation enterprises is analyzed. The existing problems are pointed out. On the basis of this, combined with practical experience, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
