以氧脱木素后硫酸盐蔗渣浆为原料,研究了臭氧处理前后纸浆性能及纤维微观形貌的变化。结果表明,臭氧处理后纤维表面出现大量沟壑,说明纤维结合力有所降低,即臭氧处理促使纤维之间氢键的联接断裂。此外,纸浆的黏度、卡伯值随着臭氧处理的强度增加呈现下降趋势,结晶度和羧基含量较处理前有明显增加,为进一步制备纳米纤维素提供有利条件。
Oxygen delignification after the sulfate bagasse pulp as raw material to study the changes in pulp properties and fiber morphology before and after ozone treatment. The results showed that a large number of gully appeared on the fiber surface after ozone treatment, indicating a decrease in the fiber binding force, that is, ozone treatment promoted the breaking of the hydrogen bonds between the fibers. In addition, the viscosity and kappa number of pulp showed a downward trend with the increase of the intensity of ozone treatment. The crystallinity and carboxyl content of pulp increased obviously compared with those before treatment, which provided favorable conditions for the further preparation of nanocellulose.
