多边环境协定与WTO多边贸易体制的矛盾和冲突是国际社会关注的热点问题。本文对该矛盾产生的根源做出了理论上和实践中的分析,阐述了二者在实体规则和争端解决上的冲突表现,并结合国际实践就解决对策提出了作者的见解和。
The conflicts and conflicts between the multilateral environmental agreements and the multilateral trade system of the WTO are the hot issues of concern to the international community. This thesis makes a theoretical and practical analysis of the root causes of the contradiction, expounds the conflict between the two in substantive rules and dispute settlement, and puts forward author’s opinions and solutions in response to international practice.
