自1993年《矿山安全法》颁布执行以来,政府各级矿山安全生产监督管理机构和广大矿山企业通过贯彻《矿山安全法》和《矿山安全法实施条例》,提高了广大职工安全意识和遵章守法意识,为依法规范矿山安全生产奠定了群众器础。由于10年来,我国的经济形势发生变化、机构发来变化、投资主体发生变化、矿山体制发生变化、执法主体发生变化,需要在新形势下以开拓创新的思路来研究新情况、新问题,继续认真贯彻实施《矿山安全法》,运用好这部矿山安全生产的基本法、主体法。 受国家安全生产监督管理局委托,《当代矿工》杂志社决定开展庆贺《矿山安全法》颁布十周年书面座谈会,特邀本刊编委进行书面座谈,探讨当前非煤矿山安全生产监督管理工作。

Entrusted by the State Administration of Work Safety, the magazine Mogao Mines decided to conduct a written symposium in celebration of the tenth anniversary of the promulgation of the “Mining Safety Law,” specially invited journal editorial board to conduct a written discussion to discuss the current safety supervision and management of non-coal mines .
