本报前后发表了华中局关于整顿干部作风,纠正乡村工作中乱捕乱打乱杀错误的决定,及中原临时人民政府的人民法庭暂行条例有关农村改革的两个重要文件。这两个文件有一个共同的精神,即是一方面要坚决地克服当前乡村工作中非法的乱捕乱打乱杀错误,另一方面又提出了今后应采取的斗争方法和具体道路。这两个文件的发布对于当前剿匪反霸双减斗争,将发生重大的积极推动作用,是可以肯定的。如众所知,乱捕乱打乱杀的错误对于某些同志讲来,已经是一个多次重复而又经过多次纠正的错误了。但为什么这个错误竟然能够反复出现,以致党的领导机关不得不又在今天大声疾呼坚决制止呢?一个重要原因,就是这些犯错误的同志,只把这种坏作风当作一个通常的个别行动的错
