为了观察非胰岛素依赖型（Ⅱ型）糖尿病患者血清脂蛋白（ａ）［Ｌｐ（ａ）］浓度变化，采用ＥＬＩＳＡ方法检测了３１例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者和３１例正常人血清Ｌｐ（ａ）含量，同时测定了ＴＧ、ＴＣ、ＬＤＬ－ｃ、ＨＤＬ－ｃ。结果显示，糖尿病组和对照组血清Ｌｐ（ａ）浓度分别为３１８±１９９ｍｇ／Ｌ，１６８±１０７ｍｇ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．００１）。本研究提示Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血清Ｌｐ（ａ）水平显著增高，且Ｌｐ（ａ）水平与ＴＧ和ＨＤＬ－ｃ显著相关，相关系数分别为－０．４６６５和０．４６２２。
In order to observe the changes of serum lipoprotein (a) [Lp (a)] concentration in non-insulin dependent type Ⅱ diabetic patients, the serum Lp (a) levels in 31 type Ⅱ diabetic patients and 31 normal persons were detected by ELISA. At the same time, TG, TC, LDL-c and HDL-c were measured. The results showed that the serum Lp (a) concentrations in diabetic group and control group were 318 ± 199 mg / L and 168 ± 107 mg / L, respectively (P <0.001). This study suggests that serum Lp (a) levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly increased, and Lp (a) levels were significantly correlated with TG and HDL-c, the correlation coefficients were -0.4665 and 0.4622 respectively.
