随着社会的不断发展和进步,我国电网企业也得到了飞速发展,电力能源已经成为人们生活中必不可少的组成部分。在这样的背景下,电网企业要得到持续发展,就要不断增强内部管理,电力能源建设和供电服务水平与电网企业内部管理紧密联系在一起。电网企业内部管理的重要组成部分就是中层领导干部的队伍建设,基于此,认真分析和探讨电网企业中层领导干部队伍建设存在的问题和对应策略,以促使电网企业朝着更高更远的方向发展。
With the continuous development and progress of society, China’s power grid enterprises have also been rapid development, power and energy has become an essential part of people’s lives. In this context, the grid companies to be sustained development, it is necessary to continuously enhance internal management, power and energy construction and power supply service level and the internal management of power grid enterprises are closely linked together. An important part of the internal management of power grids is the team building of mid-level leading cadres. Based on this, the problems and corresponding strategies in the construction of middle-level leading cadres in power grid companies are carefully analyzed and discussed so as to promote the development of power grid enterprises in a higher and greater direction .
