在多面体硬质合金顶砧超声检测过程中,其形状不规则,多个平面、多个角、多条棱严重影响声波在其内部传播,使声波的反射没有规律,难分辨缺陷波形,达不到控制其内部质量的目的。为此分别采用相控阵纵波法在其顶部检测,相控阵横波在其上侧面检测。针对顶砧的形状特点,确定纵、横波的扫描角,并分别设计纵波、横波检测的灵敏度试块,利用灵敏度试块进行试验。结果表明:相控阵超声检测法能检测顶砧内部缺陷,纵波能检测Ф0.1 mm当量以上的缺陷,横波能检测Ф0.5 mm当量以上的缺陷,不漏检。通过统计分析被检顶砧使用寿命,找出影响其使用寿命的主要因素,从而在实际生产过程中,指导和改进在线的产品质量控制。

The results show that the phased array ultrasonic testing can detect the internal defects of the anvil, the longitudinal wave can detect more than Ф0.1 mm equivalent defects, and the transverse wave can detect Ф0.5 mm equivalent defects and can not miss detection. Through the statistical analysis of the useful life of the anvils examined, identify the main factors that affect its service life, so that in the actual production process, to guide and improve online product quality control.
