《金匮要略·肺痈肺痿咳嗽上气》篇载有一个名叫泽漆汤的方剂,用治咳嗽脉沉之症。其方清用黄芩、泽漆,温用桂枝、生姜,补用人参、甘草,化痰降气用白前、紫苑、半夏,药仅九味,而清温补泻俱备。《金匮要略》于泽漆汤条行文甚简,仅言:“脉沉者,泽漆汤主之。”观上条有“咳而脉浮者,厚朴麻黄汤主之”的叙述,显而易见,泽漆汤条是承前省略了“咳而”两字的。言“脉沉”,以示无表证存在,以方测证,本条的“咳嗽”当是肺虚痰壅所致,治主调和,故把清温补泻汇于一方之中。
