《中华人民共和国档案法》修正案经第八届全国人大常委会第二十次会议通过,已由国家主席江泽民以第七十一号令予以公布、实施.修改后的《档案法》突出体现了适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要,更好地为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设服务的宗旨,进一步明确了档案行政管理部门执法监督的职能与权力,同时,也对各级档案行政管理部门如何贯彻实施《档案法》,强化依法行政职能提出了更高的要求.本文试就此问题,谈几点粗浅的认识.
