慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)的病理表现多样 ,发病机制复杂。保护性样本刷技术证实COPD患者下呼吸道常有细菌定植。细菌及其产物破坏气道防御机制 ,并进一步介导气道持续性炎症反应。气道解剖结构被破坏及重建 ,肺功能亦受到影响 ,进一步加重肺气肿与气流阻塞。气道炎症与气道解剖结构的破坏有利于细菌定植 ,致使病情进一步恶化 ,形成恶性循环。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) pathological manifestations of diverse pathogenesis is complicated. Protective sample brush technology confirmed that patients with COPD often have bacterial colonization in the lower respiratory tract. Bacteria and their products disrupt airway defense mechanisms and further mediate persistent airway inflammation. Airway anatomy is damaged and rebuilt, pulmonary function is also affected, further aggravating emphysema and airflow obstruction. Airway inflammation and destruction of airway anatomy are conducive to bacterial colonization, resulting in further deterioration of the condition, the formation of a vicious circle.
