各市、县(区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构,各大企业,各高等院校:建设无障碍设施是残疾人参与社会生活的基本条件,是方便老年人、孕妇、儿童和其他社会成员的重要措施,是社会文明、进步的重要标志。为了进一步加强我省无障碍设施建设,现将省建设厅、省残疾人联合会制定的《福建省无障碍设施建设管理暂行规定》转发给你们,请遵照执行。
