目的辣蓼是中国的一种传统中草药,在植物资源农药、医药、兽药、食品添加剂等方面有着良好的开发前景,本研究目的是从分子水平了解其化学活性成分组成,以便更合理开发利用辣蓼资源。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了辣蓼挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对辣蓼挥发性物质的化学成分进行了分离和鉴定,并用峰面积归一化法测定了各成分的质量分数。结果分离并鉴定出50个组分,占峰面积的97.84%。结论其主要挥发活性成分为:N-(2-乙胺)次乙亚胺、3,4,5,6-四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、3-己烯-1-醇、氢氯酸、2-甲基-2-叔丁基-1,3-二噻烷C9H18S2、1-甲基-7-氧代辛基-2-醛基-4,6-二甲氧基苯甲酸、噻吩并(3,2-e)苯呋喃、磷酸-二11烷甲酯、9-乙基-菲、甲氢化二硫、1-溴-2,3,3-三氟环丙烯、2-[4-二甲氨基苯]3-羟基-4H-色烯-4-酮。
Objective Polygonum hydropiper is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine in China and has good prospects for development in plant resources such as pesticides, pharmaceuticals, veterinary drugs and food additives. The purpose of this study is to understand the composition of its chemically active components at the molecular level in order to make rational use of spicy Polygonum resources. Methods Volatile oil from Polygonum hydropiper was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of volatile compounds from Polygonum hydropiper were isolated and identified by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. The mass fraction of each component was determined by peak area normalization. Results 50 components were isolated and identified, accounting for 97.84% of the peak area. Conclusion The main volatile active ingredients are N- (2-ethylamine) ethyleneimine, 3,4,5,6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, 3-hexen-1-ol, 2-methyl-2-t-butyl-1,3-dithiane C9H18S2, 1-methyl-7-oxooctyl-2-aldehyde-4,6-dimethoxybenzoic acid, thieno (3,2-e) benzofuran, di-11 alkyl phosphate, 9-ethyl-phenanthrene, dithiobisthirol, Dimethylaminobenzene] 3-hydroxy-4H-chromen-4-one.
