中德农业中心在过去一年多的时间里,以浙江有温州科技职业技术学院为试点,尝试引入德国“双元学徒制”培育中国新型职业农民。基于此,本文在总结德国“双元学徒制”关键因素基础上,分析了在国内引入该制度可能面临的主要瓶颈:企业参与度不足,缺乏胜任的老师和企业培训人员以及相关制度和监管体系缺失。笔者认为中国职业院校要想引入该制度,就需要简化德国“双元学徒制”模式,从教育标准入手讨论培养方案,并且需要积极争取政府支持。
Over the past year or so, the Sino-German Agricultural Center has tried to introduce the “double-yuan apprentice system” to cultivate a new type of Chinese professional farmer by taking Zhejiang Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College of Science and Technology as a pilot. Based on this, on the basis of summarizing the key factors of “dual apprenticeship” in Germany, this paper analyzes the main bottlenecks that may be introduced in the domestic introduction of the system: the lack of participation of enterprises, the lack of qualified teachers and trainers and the related systems and Lack of regulatory system. In order to introduce this system, I think it is necessary to simplify the mode of “dual apprenticeship” in Germany, discuss the training plan from education standards, and actively seek government support.
