安徽省在新一轮医改中的诸多方面走在全国前列,特别是在县级公立医院改革、基层卫生综合改革、药品招标采购、新农合支付方式和经办管理改革、分级诊疗制度建设等方面积累了经验,为制定完善国家医改政策提供了借鉴。安徽省作为中部地区农业大省,农业人口占总人口的65%以上,财力相对薄弱,经济社会发展水平在全国具有较强的代表性;同时作为医改综合改革试点省,多项改革走在全国前列,其经验对全国具有积极借鉴意义。
