目的:观察参芪扶正注射液对晚期恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的影响。方法:选择潮州市人民医院2014年10月至2016年5月收治的73例确诊的晚期恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=36),观察组给予一般营养支持加参芪扶正注射液治疗,对照组仅给予一般营养支持治疗,分析并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为83.78%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,患者生活质量显著提高,观察组的提高率和稳定率均明显高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液作为晚期恶性肿瘤患者的辅助用药,可提高患者的生存质量。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the quality of life in advanced malignant tumor patients. Methods: Seventy-three patients with confirmed advanced malignant tumors who were admitted to Chaozhou People’s Hospital from October 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 37) and control group (n = 36) Nutritional support plus Shenqi Fuzheng injection, the control group was given only general nutritional support treatment, analysis and comparison of the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 83.78%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.00%). The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05); after treatment, the quality of life of the patients was significantly improved, The stability rates were significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Fuzheng injection as an adjunct to advanced malignant tumor patients can improve the quality of life of patients.
