随着人类社会突飞猛进的发展,教育事业备受政府部门的关心和重视。健康的体魄,是青少年学生报效祖国、服务社会的基本前提。体育新课标把“健康第一”作为指导思想,要全面发展学生的素质,提高社会适应能力,塑造体魄强健、具有体育知识和技能、具有良好体育意识的高素质的人才,体育教学必须把“健康第一”作为一种理念。通过加强教学艺术探究、创新体育课堂教学、沟通师生情感等途径和方法,才能把“健康第一”的教育观念落实到体育教学中,体现其价值和意义。
With the rapid development of human society, the education sector has drawn much attention and attention from government departments. Healthy body, is the basic premise for young students to serve the motherland and serve the community. The new curriculum standard of PE regards “health first” as its guiding ideology. It is necessary to comprehensively develop the quality of students, enhance the social adaptability, create a high-caliber talented person who possesses strong physique, sports knowledge and skills, and good sports awareness. Physical education “Health First” must be used as a concept. By strengthening the exploration of teaching art, innovating the teaching of physical education, and communicating the teachers and students’ emotions, we can implement the education concept of “Health First” into PE teaching and reflect its value and significance.
