2008年奥运会志愿者招募工作开始之后,奥运志愿者的培训工作也拉开帷幕,在短期内使不同行业的志愿者达到奥运会服务工作的标准,运用最合适的方式全面提高志愿者的整体素质,是作为管理工作者急需解决的问题。本文从志愿者的非智力因素培训出发,分别从奥运志愿者的性格、情感、意志、动机及兴趣等方面入手,从引导性培训、基础性培训和提高性培训的层面上,全面提升培训者的综合素质。
