以下三种莲藕均系武汉市蔬菜科学研究所水生蔬菜研究室选育。00-01莲藕该品种从藕莲自然杂交种子实生后代中选择分离出的无性系。生长势较强,藕入泥深30～40厘米,偏好深厚肥沃土壤,晚熟,长江中下游地区8月下旬开始成熟,单产(667平方米产量,下同)
