企业文化是企业在生存和发展过程中形成的,被组织成员共同接受,共同遵循的价值观和认知。伪企业文化是由企业所有者或核心管理者建立的,体现其价值观和利益的文化体系。伪企业文化虽然拥有企业文化的形式,但并不为企业中其他成员所接受,因而不是真正的企业文化。本文将就伪企业文化的表现及危害进行初步探讨。
Corporate culture is the formation of enterprises in the process of survival and development, is commonly accepted by members of the organization, common values and perceptions. Pseudo-corporate culture is established by the business owners or core managers, reflecting their values and interests of the cultural system. Although the pseudo-enterprise culture has the form of corporate culture, but not for the acceptance of other members of the enterprise, and therefore not a real corporate culture. This article will conduct a preliminary study on the performance and harm of the fake corporate culture.
