POEMS 综合征是指多发性神经病变(Polyneuropathy)、脏器肿大(Organo-megaly)、内分泌病变(Endo-crinopathy)、M 蛋白(M—Protein)和皮肤病变(Skin Change)。POEMS一词即来源地这五个英文词的第一个字母。此征国内文献仅见二例报道。省内尚未报道,近来笔者收治二例,报道如下。
POEMS syndrome refers to polyneuropathy, Organo-megaly, Endo-crinopathy, M-protein, and Skin Change. The word POEMS is the first letter of these five English words from the source.
