叙述了热敏铁氧体开关元件的工作原理。通过对尖晶石铁氧体材料温度特性的分析,制备了三种不同居里温度的热敏铁氧体材料。用该材料研制成功了常闭、常开型热敏铁氧体开关元件。该元件动作温度误差≤2℃,迟滞温度<3℃。
Describes the working principle of the thermal ferrite switch. Through the analysis of the temperature characteristics of spinel ferrite materials, three kinds of thermal ferrite materials with different Curie temperature were prepared. Developed with the success of the material normally closed, normally open thermal ferrite switch components. The element temperature error ≤ 2 ℃, hysteresis temperature <3 ℃.
