[目的]观察中西医结合治疗失代偿期肝硬化的疗效。[方法]以自拟鼓胀1、2号方为主,配合西药保肝、利尿等疗法,治疗失代偿期肝硬化65例。[结果]总有效率83.08%。腹水消退率67.69%。[结论]中西医结合治疗失代偿期肝硬化具有肯定的疗效。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on decompensated cirrhosis. [Method] With self-designed method of swelling No.1 and No.22, combined with western medicine such as keeping liver and diuresis, 65 cases of decompensated cirrhosis were treated. [Results] The total effective rate was 83.08%. Ascites regression rate of 67.69%. [Conclusion] Integrative treatment of decompensated cirrhosis has a positive effect.
