随着企业下岗人员的增多,其中党员的数量也不断增加。做好这部分党员的管理教育工作,使他们继续发挥党员的模范作用,是党组织当前亟待解决的新课题。
With the increase of laid-off workers in enterprises, the number of party members has also been increasing.
