文中介绍了一种国内外最新的非导电燃油管静电释放技术:将部分非导电燃油管的尼龙层剥皮,烧结一层导电热缩管,然后夹上导电管夹并与车身相连释放静电荷。用电介质物理学解释燃油管静电释放特性,并对此方案所涉及的试验设计、试验结果作了介绍,从而有效预防燃油管因静电释放不当而引发的燃烧。
In this paper, a new kind of non-conductive fuel pipe electrostatic discharge technology introduced at home and abroad is introduced: the nylon layer of some non-conductive fuel pipe is stripped and sintered to a conductive heat-shrinkable tube, then the conductive pipe clamp is clipped and connected with the body to release static charge. Dielectric physics is used to explain the electrostatic discharge characteristics of the fuel pipe. The experimental design and test results involved in the scheme are introduced to effectively prevent the fuel pipe from burning due to improper electrostatic discharge.
