Twenty healthy cynomolgus monkeys were randomly divided into acute (223mGy / min), cumulative (223mGy / min, once weekly, 0.25Gy / time) and chronic low dose (50dGy / day weekly irradiation for 5 days) And control four groups. Some biological effects on hematopoiesis, immunity and cytogenetics in macaques were compared over a cumulative dose range of 0-2 Gy. And made a dynamic observation on the recovery of the above indicators in the year after the suspension of the license. The results showed that the degree and characteristics of radiation damage under different irradiation conditions were different, and most of the somatic effects induced by radiation were recovered.
