19世纪末到20世纪初期,由于政治等多种原因,大批俄侨涌入黑龙江的哈尔滨等地区,他们在这里开办各种工厂、学校,创立教堂,创办各种报刊杂志,印刷发行。俄侨文化遗产包含了俄侨当时物质及精神文化生活的方方面面,黑龙江的俄侨文化是独一无二的,这笔文化遗产是黑龙江地区巨大可发掘的雄厚文化资源。关于俄侨文化遗产的保护开发利用,仍有诸多需要解决的问题。
From the late 19th century to the early 20th century, because of political reasons and other reasons, a large number of Russians swarm into Harbin and other areas in Heilongjiang where they set up factories, schools, founding churches, and founded various newspapers, magazines and print distributions. The overseas Chinese cultural heritage includes all aspects of the material and spiritual and cultural life of the overseas Chinese in that time. The culture of overseas Chinese in Heilongjiang is unique and this cultural heritage is a tremendous cultural resource that can be unearthed in Heilongjiang. Regarding the protection, development and utilization of the overseas Chinese cultural heritage, there are still many problems to be solved.
