在临床工作中,经常会遇到一些角膜异物,患者在就诊时把异物所在部位说错,给诊断和治疗带来困难,甚至造成漏诊和误诊。为了解异物刺激的部位与个体所感觉的部位是否一致,我们检查观测了100例正常人,200只限的结膜、角膜、角膜缘的位置觉情况,现分析如下:一般情况:本组检查100例正常人200眼,女性57例,男性43例,平均年龄33岁。双眼均无结膜、角膜炎症,无神经系统疾病。100例角膜异物患者为门诊就诊病人。
