走进荆门市社会养老保险管理局,映入眼市的首先是十六个醒目的大字:“以民为本,规范管理,团结拼搏,争创一流”。据介绍,这十六个字是现任局长郑明同志于1994年提出来的。而这十六个字一直成为规范该局干部职工行为的“局训”。10年来,该局先后获“省级安全文明单位”、“荆门市文明单位”和“荆门市最佳文明单位”等荣誉称号。在摆满奖牌的荣誉室里,从1994年至2003年按顺序排列的10块“全省养老保险工作先进单位”的牌子,足以显示了该局的骄人业绩。笔者在该局采访时,社保局的同志介绍了郑局长维护百姓利益,为参保对象、企业职工和弱势群体排忧解难的一件件感人事迹……
