去年初,我们记者部试行了记者采写报道定额。从一年多来试行的情况看,这种办法对于调动记者搞好采访、写作的积极性,多写稿,写好稿,及时完成报道任务,有明显的促进作用;为今后考核记者,评定职称,提供了参考依据;也克服了过去那种“干多干少一个样,干好干坏一个样”,发放奖金吃“大锅饭”的现象。这次实行记者采写定额,是编辑部在我部搞试点的性质,办法是经过大家讨论制定的,现简要介绍如下: 在记者部里,对凡是能够独立担负采写任务的记者,一律实行定额。定额包括本人采写的稿件、组织通讯员写的稿件和内参稿件。
