目的 研究经尿道电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤的效果。方法 用经尿道电切术治疗15例Ta～T_2期膀胱肿瘤患者。结果 1例术中因闭孔神经反射出现膀胱穿孔改为开放手术,14例经尿道电切手术成功。结论 经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术是治疗膀胱肿瘤的一种安全、有效的方法。
Objective To study the effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor. Methods Transurethral resection was performed in 15 patients with Ta ~ T 2 stage bladder cancer. Results One case of intraoperative perforation caused by obturator nerve reflex was changed to open surgery. Transurethral resection was performed successfully in 14 cases. Conclusion Transurethral resection of the bladder tumor is a safe and effective method for the treatment of bladder cancer.
