今年3月5日,是毛泽东等老一辈无产阶级革命家为雷锋题词35周年。35年来,作为雷锋精神发祥地的抚顺,无论发生什么样的变化,雷锋精神这面旗帜在抚顺人民的心中始终没有动摇,群众性学雷锋活动一直没有间断。特别是1990年,江泽民总书记发出“学习雷锋同志,弘扬雷锋精神”的号召,并亲临抚顺视察以后,我们紧密结合改革开放和现代化建设这一新的实践,更加深入扎实地开展学雷锋活动,不断探索新途径,开拓新领域,寻求新发展,从而有力地促进了抚顺地区的经济和社会发展。
